What should i do when my name is spelled incorrectly?

A wrongly spelled name can cause serious problems at departure from the airport or upon arrival at the place of destination. You are responsible for the entering of data and for the consequences thereof.

Always verify and ensure the correctness of your name details on your booking confirmation.

If you notice that your first and or surname is incorrectly spelled on your booking confirmation you need to IMMEDIATELY contact us.

What must I do when a wrong date has been booked?

Booking a wrong flight date will cause serious problems and inconvenience upon departure. You are responsible for entering information and for the consequences thereof. Always verify and ensure the correctness of your travel dates.
